My apt was at 1:30. I arrived at 1:15 but the door was locked, the Open sign was up, there were no lights on and no people. Site says they come back from lunch at 1 but were also closed that day. I went back to my car and tried calling 3 times with no answer, leaving a voicemail explaining the situation.
