I recently moved back to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. After reading the reviews and getting a personal recommendation, I decided to try it out. I walked in and was given a quick hello. After standing awkwardly at the front for awhile, they sent me back to a chair. The nail technician that I had really did not communicate at all. I felt very special and relaxed after my appointment.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I had my nails done and was unhappy with the results because they were very thick, uneven, and not what I requested. I brought my concerns to the staff’s attention, and they spent a significant amount of time trying to fix them. I was at the salon from approximately 3:40 PM until 6:00 PM, yet the final result still did not look professional or satisfactory.
