EDIT on 6/25/24 in response to Owner: Your response exemplifies your lack of professionalism and accountability. 1) I booked TWO services (wax and lamination, see the screenshot below), and I added ONE service (not "services" as you claim, which was a Tint) - which is irrelevant to my complaint about you making my daughter's eyebrows crooked/you performing the service incorrectly. 2) My daughter was late, but she was not fifteen minutes late.
