Totally unprofessional! I purchased services using Groupon MONTHS ago because after purchasing and trying to schedule unbeknownst to me, I had to wait over 3 months for an available appointment! After confirming and finally looking forward to my appointment today, Chiquita, I assume to be the owner, CANCELS 1 hour prior to our appointment and says she had a “last minute conflict?” After reading other reviews I see this is a pattern. The owner is not professional, I reached out to her in August, and she couldn’t find a time for me since my voucher I purchased in groupon was for 90 minutes massage. She replies seldomly to emails and gives you a feeling that she chooses who she accepts and who not. I never had an issue with making an appointment before. Highly not recommend her.
I bought this pregnancy massage through groupon for my god daughter as a baby shower gift last month. She is due to have her first and ONLY baby next Sunday, August 25th and wanted a massage before her delivery. She left a message to try to make an appointment, and she said the merchant "took forever to respond". When she finally got in touch with the merchant she was told she would be squeezed in for an appointment today Sunday, August 18th at noon.
