I’ve had back issues off and on for the past few months, and this place helped alleviate A LOT of tension. Not only in my back, but my other muscle groups as well. Fair warning, you might not expect how “rough" the massage actually is. But it’s only to “rub out” those tight knots. A lot of physical therapy practices do the same process.
Wanted a reflexology foot massage the lady literally sat and rubbed up and down on the same spot for 90% of the time. It was terrible. She rubbed the top of my foot raw.
