I am blind and was not given any help to my room. I was told take off clothes get on table. I found a small tale that I think covered my rear. They adjusted my underwear with out asking and her hands brushed against places they should not. After I was told to get clothes off the therapist walked back in after 30 seconds or so while I was getting undressed. It was unprofessional. The massage was bad, I was in pain for 20 minutes and they speak no English. She gave me a head massage with lotion all over her hands so my hair was nasty when leaving. There is no was these people went to massage school.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service is unprofessional and the massage itself was terrible. The therapist didn’t use any oil or hot stones, and simply pressed over the towel for the entire session. It was uncomfortable and did not feel like a massage at all. On top of that, payment was demanded upfront, and I was pressured to leave a larger tip, with the staff even telling me how much I should tip.
