If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service is unprofessional and the massage itself was terrible. The therapist didn’t use any oil or hot stones, and simply pressed over the towel for the entire session. It was uncomfortable and did not feel like a massage at all. On top of that, payment was demanded upfront, and I was pressured to leave a larger tip, with the staff even telling me how much I should tip. Manage your expectations. The massage itself was really not bad. But you are just behind a screen in a busy place with people coming in & out of the shop. I was charged what I had been quoted, but I still don't understand their pricing structure.
