Relax & Wax is exactly what I did under the careful hands of Kaitlyn. She was efficient, precise, and incredibly professional. The entire service was over before I knew it. I was genuinely surprised (and grateful) at how fast and smooth the process was. Kaitlyn is good, very good. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I've called this place 8x in the past week. I bought a Groupon for a wax here, and no one would answer my calls to make an appointment. Eventually I show up and wait for 20 minutes while no one shows up at the front desk. Horrible service. I wasted my money on their Groupon. Don't come here.

The girl that did my services were professional and she did an awesome job . I would recommend this place to anyone.
