Gabby was amazing! She was super friendly, professional, and had my wax done in about 10 minutes—probably even less. The entire staff was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I definitely recommend their services and will be coming back! The pricing for wax service is very affordable

I had scheduled an appointment at 10am. I get there Nobody greeted me. I waited in the front for about 20 mins and still nobody has came to check me in or anything. 2 ladies come out and i walk up and say nobody has come to check me in and my appointment was at 10am and they said they had to change it because a call out and i said well nothing was said to me about moving my appointment. And they didnt care. Very terrible experience.
