I had scheduled an appointment at 10am. I get there Nobody greeted me. I waited in the front for about 20 mins and still nobody has came to check me in or anything. 2 ladies come out and i walk up and say nobody has come to check me in and my appointment was at 10am and they said they had to change it because a call out and i said well nothing was said to me about moving my appointment. And they didnt care. Very terrible experience.

I’m disappointed with my last visit with Gina. She rushed my Brazilian was going against the grain and broke many of the hairs. 5 days later I have many hairs growing back. When I asked her to do them in smaller strips she got defensive and didn’t respect my request. I will specifically go to Tiffany because the service was quite different last time. Disappointed.
