Very friendly staff. It was my first time getting a Brazilian Sugar Wax. Renata walked me through the entire process. I was so nervous. She was very understanding and informative. She made me feel comfortable. She has a way to make you feel like you've been friends forever. I also got my armpits, lip, and eyebrows waxed. I have always preferred my eyebrows threaded but she took her time to make them look amazing. The best I've had in Gainesville. I recommend this place to everyone!

I booked an appointment 2 days ago. This morning I received a call WHILE ON MY WAY TO MY APPOINTMENT that my appointment was given away to someone else because your system requires a confirmation THAT I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF. When I got upset and asked how cancelling my appointment that I requested off of work to be at and giving it to another person was making the situation right for me - the female on the phone with me hung up on me. We think there was a miscommunication between our team, if clients book an appointment and do not confirm 24 hrs prior to set time, the appointment will be removed from our schedule (because of clients scheduling and not showing up, making that time slot not available for other clients).
