Very disappointed with how the Spring location closure was handled and how this location responded to the closure. The Spring location still shows as open and the only notice posted at the actual location was a handwritten sign on the door. Worse yet, a confirmation text was sent reconfirming my appointment the day before. When I contacted this location (W 23rd) for an explanation, the only response I received was, “That location has been closed permanently. They were supposed to close booking at that location. Relax & Wax is a 10/10! ⭐️ The atmosphere and energy throughout the spa were amazing—so clean, peaceful, and relaxing. My aesthetician, Courtney, did an incredible job and made the whole experience even better. I’m definitely coming back! Highly recommend! ✨
I’ve been looking for a new place to get waxed and I saw this place across the street at value village. Walked in with no appointment hoping that would be okay Courtney helped me out to make an account. The no appointment was no problem she took me in for a Brazilian. The service took about 15-20 mins and a good convo flowing, I’ll be coming back already made my appointment this time :)
As a first timers Courtney was very patient!!! She talk me through it she was very kind and sweet definitely will be coming back!
