I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Relax and Wax Heights that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, the manager, Alexia, was incredibly rude and showed a complete lack of consideration for her clients. Been coming for years and recently called to come in and the girl said she’s charging me because I canceled an appointment last time due to my monthly coming on..mind you I’ve been coming here for years and I tip every time regardless of who’s waxing me. She’s was very rude once I told her how I felt for them charging me when I was literally being considerate of her by not coming in on my monthly as a woman getting a Brazilian that’s insane!
