Had a great customer experience at the Northbrook store! Patrick the manager, took ample time to work through the options in finding an ergonomic chair that fit my back needs. We were able to narrow it down and most importantly he helped me identify what I was looking for, were my back felt comfortable. Very glad there's an actual physical store to come in and try the variety of chairs. Great customer care, thank you!
Patrick is absolutely the best! From the phone call a week prior inquiring about chairs, to the actual store visit, Patrick was amazing to work with. He was kind, patient, attentive, answered all questions, showed multiple options, and explained the differences between them thoroughly. Becky is awesome! Been at the store twice looking for chair. She is very helpful and knowledgeable - since waiting for wifie to decide which office chair is for me! But in the meantime, I got A Lifeform travelite wedge for car! Great product! Lifeform products - including the chairs that I am looking it - are super duper comfortable!
This was the best experience. Shopping for a new mattress is stressful since you really need to stretch out and compare different choices. It takes time, and in my case, a couple of visits. RTB was exceptional for three reasons: the staff (Patrick and Becky) were exceptionally knowledgeable about the products; the store offered multiple choices across different brands; and, the store included pillow choices that enhanced the mattress experience. All in: RTB was the best among the 4 stores I visited.
