Poor customer service and a store that does not stand behind theirproducts. Jeff was kind until we started having problems with our Laevo ZG Chair with Lift Assist. He was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. He did nothing at all to help us get our problems with the chair resolved. He refused to get me in contact with his manager or the owner of the store. This place is awesome, has really cool massage chairs and other great items for the back. Jeff is awesome at explaining the particulars of the massage chairs. I also own one of their X chairs which is also more beneficial for long sitting time, however do want to get the massage chair they have.
