Nice and patient customer service. They had not issues with my husband testing out many many chairs ( LoL) We received a great deal and my husband couldn't be happier with his new chair.
Love this store. I bought a Freedom chair here years ago and it needed a tune-up this week - after so many years the cylinder that adjusts it up and down had finally give out. Ron got me up and running again. No hard sell, no "what about this newer model", just quality customer service in support of a quality product.
