When my husband was very ill, Ron got us a fantastic chair for him. He absolutely loves his chair and can spend more time with us in the family room. Nice and patient customer service. They had not issues with my husband testing out many many chairs ( LoL) We received a great deal and my husband couldn't be happier with his new chair.
