Adriana came to my house to set up desk chair. She went above and beyond to set it up and organized under my desk!! Amazing job! Highly recommended!
This is the second chair that we buy from this store. Great experience with the first one, but for the second one we bought the floor model, Adriana refused to offer a cheaper price but we bought anyway. When we got home, we realized chair was missing a screw and contacted Adriana to send....Needless to say we are still waiting for the screw months after. Had I known the post-sale service was going to be this poor, we would never have bought.
I am very pleased with the sales people at The Fort Lauderdale Relax the Back Store. Starting with Dina who helped me select pillows to ease my hip pain when sleeping. She gave perfect advice and I am now sleeping pain free. She also introduced me to the Zero Gravity massage chair, letting me enjoy a relaxing experience in the store and informing me of the upcoming annual floor sale.
