I went in for the scalp combo. Most of it was fine until she turned some part of the equipment on and it smelled like something was burning, I mentioned it and the tech didn’t seem to think it was a big deal, but the smell faded away. Then she turned on the steam on there must have been something askew with the set up because it was pretty hot on the right side of my neck. I said something is burning my neck.
