Hidden Gem I had driven by this spa many times before deciding to try it. Very pleased with the Oxygen Infused dermabrasion facial, my skin looked great afterward. Tracy did my facial and was amazing. She promised me my face would not be red after and it wasn't! She was very low key and friendly - making some suggestions on products but nothing hard sell. After going to many hyper (product pushers) and over-hyped higher profile spas in LA, I'll return to Relax.
I LOVE IT HERE!!! Every time I come here they are absolutely wonderful! Never rude, snotty, nor do they mess up my appointments. As long as I live in this area I will come here. The place smells lovely and calming. Ashley is awesome! She calls to see how I am once in awhile and to give me their specials. This is true customer service!!!! Thank You soooo very much all of you!
Tracy is great! I went there a month ago for a facial and had the best treatment I have ever received! I am 56 and my skins looks fantastic...I am going back two days form now to take advantage of the Wed. night facial special and cannot wait. I definitely recommend this Spa! Tracy, the owner, is caring and does not make you feel uncomfortable, she puts you right at ease. Try it!
Tatiana is AMAZING!!!!!!! I had and AMAZING experience . My facialist, Tatiana , is amazing. I highly recommend her. She's helped my skin so much and she's very sweet! I can feel that she wants my acne-prone skin to look better. She actually cares! And she's very kind! The prices are reasonable and in my experience, there was no pressure to purchase any of their products. Actually I can feel the difference in my face before and after, definitely!! This is my happy place!! Tatiana gives amazing facials and she always tailors the experience to give me exactly what I want. She has also been doing my eyebrows for years. And Traci, the owner, is amazing. She bends over backwards to make sure every client has a wonderful and relaxing experience and you can tell that she really loves what she does and takes a lot of pride in her spa!
