⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an issue with our air conditioning and I was incredibly impressed with the quick response from the property management team. Lesile had made arrangments for Royal Air to com out. It's reassuring to know they take tenant concerns seriously, even outside of normal business hours. Their communication, professionalism, and commitment to keeping residents comfortable truly stood out. Thank you for providing such outstanding service—I really appreciate the prompt attention and care!
I want to give the office manager the benefit of the doubt. Maybe today you had a bad day, but remember that you are the first impression when someone call. Too much attitude for no reason at all. Stay humble and kind. I am not giving a bad review because this was just my interaction with one person, and maybe she's going through something. Just constructive criticism.
Relax has managed our rental house in Sarasota for the last few years. We've had zero problems or headaches with them, and they handle upgrades as well, reserving cash from the rental so we barely feel the sting. They are upfront about costs and choose reliable contractors in our experience.
