didnt deliver my spa took 355 day I had to have a contractor for my cemente . I waited 35o days to break ground when my contractor had it done in 3 days tub at my house in 3 Ryan didnt deliver ANYTHING we had to hire a tow truck and Hannibal crane Johnsons Contractor s are the one who pulled it together while Ryan Dropped the ball in left field falling on his face . poor service I have to hire another pool service to help set up once wired. walk away go to shane in Hannibal he the man!
by doing the jobs they get paid for that is called theft no matter how you weigh it out if I took money for a job and didn't even think about doing it I would be in prison hmmm decisions it's called doing the right thing

Wonderful customer service after many bumps in the road Ryan never gave up on getting our hot tub in mint condition again and working order with no leaks. Definitely the best customer service ever!! He worked a few late hours and even on a Sunday! That’s dedication to his customers. Really appreciate your help and love the tub.
Ryan gave us the best deal on a quality hot tub in the tri-state area. Ryan is honest, knowledgable, and genuinely cares about customers and quality. Ryan worked until 11 p.m. to make sure our hot tub was installed efficiently and correctly. He's five star all day long in our book. I would highly recommend buying a hot tub here. There is no big fancy showroom filled with overpriced hot tubs, but their prices and customer service can't be beat!
My husband went to every hot tub/spa dealer in the tri-state area. He was so happy with Ryan who has been able to help us as newbie spa owners. Ryan and his son have made trips to our house 40 minutes away on several occasions. His fees are reasonable. Great guy to work with!!!
