Poor customer service ever. I wish I could give zero.
I came in for a soak off and was seated. A male technician came and said he will be doing my soak off. It started off fine he filed the nails and cut them as one should during a soak off, but he took out 2 acrylic tips and proceeded to pick at my acrylic nails with them to try and rip them off. I asked if that’s how he was going to take the nails off and he said yes. My nails are very thin and I explained to him that I would rather him do a proper soak off with acetone because of how thin and damaged my nails already were. H... read more
I guy so so so rude with my daughter My daughter is customer for a long time even if you guys say my daughter is not a customer. Bad Bad Bad Bad Bad and really bad service.
