I have been a client at Relax Nails for a few years now and I see Kim, the owner, for my services. I want to take a moment to set the record straight. I read a couple of these negative reviews and they are completely untrue. I was lucky enough to get Miss Kim for my first two visits, and she was amazing. She really took her time and brought my ideas to life exactly how I pictured them. She treats every set as if it were her own hands. You can tell with the every details she puts in. Thanks for taking me in last minute Miss Kim, this set ate

Went in to get my nails done for my birthday and everyone was so rude didn’t talk to me at all the whole time, rushed me out of there and kept telling me the price like I couldn’t pay afford it! The lady who did my nails did a terrible job my acrylic nails have dents in it and the nail polish was a sloppy job it was my first time ever going there and definitely will not be going back. Definitely not how u treat PAYING customers

TL;DR: The owners have a serious attitude problem, and the salon has constant technician turnover. As a result, only one or two technicians seem capable of properly painting nails or doing Gel-X and designs. If you have time and money to waste, this may be the place for you. Otherwise, there are countless better salons nearby—go anywhere else. The ladies were very nice to me and my sister and there were no problems with the polish. The massages with their hands are great, and the massage chairs feel awesome! I would definitely come here again and again. I recommend this salon for anyone who wants a good massage and wants nice hands/feet. The ladies help you out of your chair and lead you to the drying station. We also received bags with lotion and a tiny candle for the Christmas season. The lotion smells very nice, along with the candle. 10/10 recommend!
