Came here with my daughter for a little "spa" day, and I can't say enough good things about this place. This picture was taken just moments before disaster struck—my daughter accidentally knocked over her soda. She was so embarrassed and upset, but Kevin immediately reassured her that everything was okay and made sure she didn't feel bad about it. Got my nails done by Kim yesterday it was absolutely blissful. I was completely happy with my service.
I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 2 years now, and I always have a wonderful experience. Kim and Kevin are both so nice, accommodating, and truly make their customers feel comfortable and valued. They always give great ideas and suggestions when I’m unsure about colors or designs, and the quality of their work is consistently amazing. The salon is clean, welcoming, and the service is always top-notch. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful nails and excellent customer service!
Very poor customer service. They accept appointments and cancel when their folks come. Don’t ever have service with Cynthia!!
