I originally had an appointment with Cindy but there was a mix up with scheduling and I was given the next available tech. Emily ended up doing my nails and she did amazing!! Very sweet and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the session. She pays a lot of attention to detail and explains what she is doing. Would definitely recommend her!

I visited three weeks ago for a spa pedicure with no chip and politely asked the male technician to clean my nails more thoroughly, as the dead skin hadn’t been properly removed. He refused and walked away without any explanation. No one from management offered a sincere apology. Additionally, the staff were speaking in another language and their behavior came across as unprofessional and rude

Yesterday was the first time that I got my nails and toes done at relax nails and let me tell you I had an amazing experience. Kim was the one that did both services for me and she was wonderful. She has such a good spirit and she was very kind and funny. And my nails and toes came out just the way I wanted them too!!! I’ll definitely be coming back very soon. Thank you again Kim

Got my nails done yesterday and had not a good experience. I could tell they were talking about other nail technicians from other places which already left a bad taste in my mouth. The nails were not prepped correctly, and nail polish was still on my skin after leaving. Clearly they do not know what they are doing. Showed an inspiration photo and my nails look nothing like how they are supposed to. Nail “artist” or whatever you wanna call it didn’t even ask to see if color or shape was ok.
