I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over 2 years now, and I always have a wonderful experience. Kim and Kevin are both so nice, accommodating, and truly make their customers feel comfortable and valued. They always give great ideas and suggestions when I’m unsure about colors or designs, and the quality of their work is consistently amazing. The salon is clean, welcoming, and the service is always top-notch. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful nails and excellent customer service!
Very poor customer service. They accept appointments and cancel when their folks come. Don’t ever have service with Cynthia!!
Asked for a soak off instead the Asian guy legit used a NAIL to take my acrylic off. I paid 18$ for less than 15 minutes of work. I signed up for a SOAK OFF. I could’ve ripped off my nails if I knew I WASNT getting a soak off. I get it work is tiring, but he didn’t say hi or make eye contact. All he said was “pick color” and pointed . I was going to get color but my nail beds ended up being so damaged, I decided to leave them alone.
I’ve been going here for a year and a half and truly can’t say enough amazing things. Everyone is so kind and talented, but Kaylie has been especially incredible. I love getting intricate designs and she executes them flawlessly every time. I actually found this salon after a bad experience elsewhere when my engagement photo nails were completely botched, and Kaylie fixed them and totally saved the day, which is why I’ve been going to her ever since. I went to get my nails filled, the person who did them was in such a rush that it took less than than half hou- an worst of all, she left my nails uneven , with some longer than others.
