Very Poor Experience, I bought a $100 gift card for my girl this xmas. Asked the the lady at the counter if it could be used for all products and services and she said yes. My girl shows up for her hair appointment only to be told she couldn't use it do to it messing up taxes with her stylist. What kind business sells a gift card you can't use? Never going back to this joke shop. At least she can buy hair products with the gift card.

I can’t say enough good things about Relax! Every stylist I’ve had appointments with (Rachel, Shaina and Meghan) all listened to my needs/wants, and I left their chairs with hair looking AND feeling better than I’d imagined was possible! The environment is calm and relaxing, I couldn’t ask for a better experience each and every time I visit!
