The staff is unprofessional and crooks!!! And intimidated us to tip 25 percent for horrible service!!!! This was the worst massage experience I've ever had. I got two gift cards for 1 hour massages 2 year ago and finally got to use it. Was told the price had gone up and we would have to pay the difference. But then were treated as if we didn't pay for our massages. They rushed,painful, and not personal even after telling where to focus on. They used cheap paper towels for their place to lay your face. Amy kneaded all my aches and pains away and I asked her to do deep tissue massage on me and this massage lasted me for 4 days. I'm definitely going back.
Place sucks! Messed me up , left bruises on my back and neck from being to rough and was very rude about the tip $10 wasn't enough , very rude. Taking advantage couldn't get that tip in your own country . Never going back
I just had the most amazing massage at Relax and Spa, and I can’t recommend it enough! My whole body had been tense/tight for the last couple of days; and I’ve head a headache on top of it, but Lisa worked absolute magic. She was incredibly attentive, skilled, and intuitive in finding every knot and easing every bit of tension. By the time she was done, I felt lighter, relaxed, and completely renewed. Well , I give $10.00 tip and she ask for more. They show me a sign at the wall they want 15.00 minimum which is 25% or 18.00 wich is 30.00% or if I want to give more. So now is an obligation. Plus she didn't do a good job. Not going back.
