Heidi focused on my neck and back and was very careful in working with my shoulder injuries. She helped loosen many tight areas and helped relieve a lot of tension in my neck. I've been a loyal client of Stephanie's for years! A Deep Tissue massage along with Cupping is highly recommended with her! I have never ending trigger points in my delts and hold a lot of stress in my traps and neck. Her techniques provide so much relief in those areas. I always leave feeling brand new, AND not to mention what a great human being she is! You should definitely book with her!
