I had my back waxed. The person that done mine had only been doing it for one month. She started putting waxon too hot to the extent it burnt my back and kept using it until it pulled my hair out during application. My entire back was broken out for over a month and was permanently scared from the visit. Eventually I got tattoos on my back to cover up the scarring.

I booked an appointment for 10am I arrived between 9:56-9:58 I was checked in and told to wait in the lobby til the young lady was ready. I waited and the receptionist walked to the back. I sat til about 10:08 because I had other things to do and booked for a specific time I expected to be seen at that time not 10:10 or 10:15.
