The customer service has been amazing! Mike reponded quickly to a facebook message about repair services available. Robert has went above and beyond, his knowledge just makes you feel like your in good hands, even for a old Hot tub they didnt sell me. He has helped me trouble shoot and been honest telling me at what point he feels it will br time to stop dumping money into it, even offered to take it in on trade if it doesnt work out.
