So, "Relax Hot tubs and More" in Klamath Falls, Oregon just called us coastal people a bunch of inbred freaks!!! All because they don't honor their word!!! What a shame!!!
Absolutely beautiful shop and exceptional family-friendly service that goes out of their way to meet your needs. They have a wide variety of products to make your outdoor living space a year-round oasis! If you haven't been in to check them out, you need to before summertime. Get your patio all set up and ready to RELAX!
Amazing tubs, amazing, service, and absolutely amazing people!!! The only place I would recommend going for a tub in the basin!
Purchased a hot tub from Relax Hot Tubs & more about a month ago. Paid a thousand ollers down. Was told delivery would be no problem. Received tub dirty, missing a button, and a wooden slate gone. Filters were not new, and full of black nasty gunk. Had a leak in it, I fixed it. Now has a big leak that flooded my floor. Now Relax Hot Tubs & more doesn't not want to fix it, or replace it, or refund it. Buyer beware! This is for my friend Nicholas Middleton who was ripped off by these guys.
