Dr. Rafael and his staff are very courteous and helpful with any questions and billing information. The work they do is phenomenal and will have me smiling ear to ear when we complete it. We are close and I can see the improvement already!
Dr. Jim Rafael is the most accomplished dentists I have ever had. Unlike many dentists , he actually does the dental work that is the most neccessary, and works with you to work on the most expensive. Most, it seems , go right for the expensive at the detrimate of the persons dental concerns, and or, desires. I appreciate Dr. Rafael for living up to everything you would want in a dentist. Love the consistency! My husband and I have seen Dr. Rafael for many years. He has a great demeanor and is not into fixing every little thing like many dentists. He is very conscious of not costing you any more than is absolutely necessary. I have one hygienist that I see every time, so there is a great relationship there.
He will make sure you’re comfortable with everything. He will give you his opinion on the work he does verses the prices.
Been through many changes with my teeth.Had emergency visits .Dr Rafael always responded with professional advice and services,scheduling me promptly. The entire staff are professional and courteous.Thanks to all.
