So glad I purchased this as a Christmas gift to myself. Despite having to reschedule multiple times due to kids being sick or myself, they were always accommodating. I finally got the massage and it was wonderful! Will definitely return. Thank you so much!
Booked the appointment off of Groupon, Ended up having to reschedule. I wasn’t aware there was a $25.00 Fee for rescheduling. I wish I would’ve verbally Made aware upon rescheduling. I was willing to pay that though, because I do understand as a fellow business owner that your time is precious, and a loss of booking cost money. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed my massage by Lucas. I felt relaxed during and after my session. To combat some of the reviews, I had no issues locating the studio; building 207, room #106. I will say, he stays pretty booked, so book in advance!
I called a couple times to get someone on the phone. Mind you no one never answered. I never left a message. Someone calls back with an attitude saying (Hello I got all of your calls) I was like excuse me. I was just trying to get someone on the phone to book. Very unprofessional for a 1st client wanting to book. I will not be spending my money here.
I hate that this place has received such low reviews. I throughly enjoyed my service and, I didn't catch his name, but he was professional and very knowledgeable. I see that the other reviewers weren't able to redeem their Groupon before it expired. I'm glad that was not the case for me. But if you've come across this business via Groupon please read the fine print and try to book as soon as possible.
