We are never going to recommend Relative Flooring (formerly Overstock Floors). Yes they are cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for. The owner - not naming names - is unprofessional and unqualified. We speant a lot of time deliberating what type/color of flooring to go in the house we were renovating. We ended choosing a Shaw branded hardwood - premanufactured but still a 3/4" wood floor. This flooring store has it all. I thought I knew what I wanted until I saw so many options. They also did a nice job helping me out by explaining the differences when I asked.
