I have worked on and off with Jen Rives for something like 8 years. My husband and I first saw her for couples counseling, and after we finished that, I continued seeing her solo because I found her advice and support to be so helpful. Jen helped guide me through several large and traumatic experiences in my life with grace, compassion, and a bit of much needed humor. She has a wise way of holding her clients accountable, while lifting them up at the same time. I highly recommend Jen and her team at Relationship Insights!

I regret to say that I had a very bad experience with Jen Rives at Relationship Insights. I saw her last year for a couple months. While I believe she tried to help, nothing she said was working or helping. This in and of itself would not be the worst. The problem was that she got upset with me when I continued to struggle. She would get frustrated at me for things like closing my eyes (trying to hold back tears). In my last session, she gaslighted me and yelled at me because we went 3 minutes over my session time.
