My first therapist was EXCELLENT! She had to leave the company. My next therapist was resourceful; however her energy felt like she was being to familiar and passive. The office staff were pleasant. I waited for over 30 days on a wait-list for a Therapist.
Unless you want to change therapists every couple of months I do not recommend going here. The CEO took it upon herself to text me on a Sunday that I would be changing therapists instead of allowing my therapist to tell me herself at my appointment the NEXT DAY as she told her she would. I understand people changing jobs but this change is completely avoidable if she just let people come into the office. I had the opportunity to book my counseling session with ease. The administration was helpful with trying to accommodate my schedule. I would send everyone that I know in my family and friend group here. I’ve been getting services here for years. Thank you RE for all that you do.
Me. Jay the owner and my therapist is an exceptional business woman, therapist and leader. He company is both warm, inviting and caring. The office setting is relaxing and you actually start to feel like family after a short time being there. This is the first therapist who I felt comfortable right away.
