Patrick started out great, then when we had issues from something he setup he was absent and we had to handle it ourselves which we ended us canceling the policy in a whole. Stopped answering our phone calls and text while trying to resolve the situation, and just continued to proceed as if it wasn’t his fault or problems any more!
