Absolute worst place I have ever lived. Been here 5 months and I cant wait to move. The complex staff changed my lease dates and never even told me. So illegal. Maintenance issues are abundant and if the are handled it takes multiple visits and they leave a mess for you to clean up. Building isn't at all secure either. Has issues with drug use and dealing. Have had issues with a homeless drug addict living in the stairwell too.
Park Place is NOT FOR HUMANS! Classic SLUM LORD.They will not fix anything they will write fake reports if you want to get stuff fixed.They make you look like a criminal if you need your air conditioning fixed,or water is constantly running they change managers every 6 months maintenance people Quite every week because they are not back up by management.It's like the Twilight Zone here Don't RENT HERE!

all these folks care about is the money, they wont maintain property and they will do they're best to compromise your deposit.
Tall oaks is good for a quick move, they always saying waiting list is longer than what it really is. My husband and I were so happy to be able to relocate so when we did the walk threw we said everything is fine. It's a good place of you if you go to work and come home it's a half of step up from housing. They charge for every little thing so make sure the document any dents cracks or damaged items upon move in. They do not clean snow properly becareful walking in the winter. I have a review for you. I live at the Creekwood Apartments in Morton, Illinois and I am very displeased with the way it is managed. You have a problem with one of your workers who is driving off good managers. Her foul language and attitude toward the managers is atrocious. She needs to be fired. Her name is Gwen. Me and my fiance are disabled, and were living in horrible conditions, and found these apartments(CAROUSEL PARK APARTMENTS) And spoke to a Lady named Chris by the way WHO helped us alot before she met us in person. Once we came to the interview she looked kind of caught off gaurd, I guess she was expecting two white girls. Parkway Gardens does have nice apartments. Im a resident of 10 years. The first few years were fine after that it went down. For the 3rd consecutive year in a row the tenants are without hot water. The funny thing is it always seem to happen every year around thanksgiving. Imagine, everything you need to do on Thanksgiving. Cooking, cleaning, dressing the kids, all without NO HEAT AND HOT WATER. The tenents of Parkway Gardens experienced no hot water for a month last Thanksgiving 2009.
