Office staff is extremely Unprofessional , Will literally sit There , Watch the phone Ring & Not Answer .. Maintenance is Un-Reliable , I’ve put in several service requests over the three years of me residing There (Many of which were Ignored & Never Completed) . When I moved out of the Complex , The office staff never notified me about there being any balances Due & Closed my account only a week after moving Out , Resulting in the balance being sent to directly to Collections , Which has now put my credit score at Risk . They said my partment would be ready for me that week , nope because the manager made mistake in my paperwork. I had waited 3mths until one came available. Never could get anyone in the office and they never call you back. Poor management !!!
