HORRIBLE THESE ARE VERY NASTY CAN'T KEEP A MAINTENANCE PERSON OR HOUSEKEEPER NOR A MANAGER IN THE APARTMENTS DRUGS, JUST NASTY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD COME NOW THIS IS NO WAY FOR SENIORS TO LIVE WASHOUSE ALWAYS DIRTY THE WASH MACHINES AND DRYERS ARE NASTY THEY NEED NEW OWNERS AND SECURITY SOMEBODY ALWAYS STEALING THINGS AND THE LAWNS ARE NOT KEPT UP THE GRASS IS YELLOW PARKING IS A MESS ALL TOGETHER THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMERE
BeenThere... I've been keeping a close eye ever since they laid the foundation for these apartments. They are so spacious,open, well lit naturally from sunlight. They are maintained and kept clean all the time. Indoor trash chutes, as well as nice laundry facilities also indoors You really should go see for yourself!. The ONE thing they DON'T DO is : they have not answered any of my emails, or texts, not even my phone messages re: waiting list status !!!!!!! lets see f they do now???
Crime rate Don't raise your children here...very dangerous. Move closer to Western than Normandie.

Harbor Village - A Safe Place to Live Situated near the 110 freeway this small community is a secluded South Bay paradise with easy access to Redondo Beach, Long Beach, and San Pedro. With 24 hour security, this gated community is an excellent place to raise a family. The three parks inside along with numerous dog runs add an extra special touch. 2 Pools, bar-b-q grills, and a gym with long hours additionally add just the right touch. Overall, A great community to enjoy life within!
Harbor Village Harbor village is a great place to live. You have two pools, an open gym and several different playgrounds for the kids. It's a nice and quiet neighborhood and the perfect place to call your home.
