I can't believe how rude they become, answering a call on speakerphone is so annoying and rude!
This place has terrible Employees, The front office doesn't actually help you with anything you need, one of the employees stole our rent and then was fired for who know why and we still had to pay the entire months rent again. don't move in here you will regret it
I was gave an apartment by a guy named Chris Martin and a week later I hadn't heard from him and called and called the office for the rude ladies to brush me off constantly finally I went into the office for them to tell me that the guy no longer worked for Roosevelt square and so I asked them about the apartment he had me sign for they said Oh no u can't get that apartment its for someone else they showed me an apartment across from the jewels where all the people hang out and I said I decline but can I stay on the list the... read more
