Related just changed management and our last management team was good! The new management team Alicia Lawrence is horrible, disrespectful, rude, she’s very ghetto. They claim she is ghetto because she worked in the Bronx that is no excuse for her to be disrespectful and rude to the tenants. If a tenant makes a complaint Alicia will course, raise her voice and bully the tenants. Drug dealer drug addict lives Illegally next store to me with No Lease and pays no money, in Senior Housing. He over dosed last couple of days. Office won't help.The drug addict and dealer were previously Evicted rom Mohican Apts. He refused after living here a year, Rent free. 2015 he was evicted from Apt for Calvin Ferguson while Dearran was evicted as well refused to sign a lease.
