Ok. So I just called to get some information on a new development, and the person that answered the phone was not as interested in serving. Instead, she kept telling me that she had other calls and was flustered by my minor questions. Seriously, she even asked me why I would be asking her and demanded to know. Big concern for management. Finally, she basically told me not to even come to the office as if I wanted to just speak with her some more.
