The company I work for we’ve been using them for years and years and years even before they changed their name Never had any issues ladies in the office. I’ve always been very helpful.
Cant get them to call back and arrange for service since September. Account rep is non responsive and have a number attached to her signature that does not work. Requested for a District manager to call without resolve.
Worst staff ever. My broker and their customer confirmed my appointment for early morning with proof. It was only 10 pallets Reladyne had to unload today Friday. They said I had to wait until Monday to get unloaded. Do not come here drivers. Staff here used to be really good getting you empty, but now it's always an excuse to not unload you.
Bring Louie back, this man was the only one who got stuff handled when drivers mess up or contaminate an oil. Louie was awesome and made things happen. Now I have nobody to lean on for support when I need it. 5 stars with Louie 3 without the man that gets stuff done.
Andrea is awesome! Update: Andrea is still awesome but you fired the only person that gets stuff done right and fast when drivers make mistakes. No Louie brings you from a 5 to a 3 star company. I have no support when I need it now. Just get the office run around.
