So beautiful! I had a message and hydrofacial. I need to find a reason to visit Nashville again, just to enjoy the spa.
I would give this zero if I could. I went in for a wash and blowout for a wedding. She used purple shampoo which I use every time I wash my hair and she turned me purple. She tried washing it out but I'm still purple. She never apologized and at the end was cracking jokes while I was trying not to cry. Worst customer service. The woman at the front desk took 20% off but it doesn't change the fact I'm attending a wedding with purple hair. She then gets the manager who tried to blame me for it.
