Very friendly staff, clean rooms. I loved it and will definitely go back.
This is my favorite "Zen spot". I try a different service every time I go and have never been disappointed.

Booked a couples massage and they didn't bring my girlfriend back to the couples tranquility room. We spent the time before the massage apart. My massage was fine, hers however she deemed "the worst massage she's ever had." I noticed multiple times she had asked for more pressure. She said it just felt like the masseur was just rubbing lotion on her. I also noticed that her masseur left her to go to get towels, wash her hands, etc. multiple times during the massage. It was nice ...I had the signature massage and added the back scrub, used the hot tub and sauna...I plan to make this a once a month stop.
The hydro facial was the ultimate facial! The staff was so pleasant and professional, from the front desk, Miss Jean (I think that's her name), to my esctitician ( hopefully the spelling is correct) Irene, absolutely a repeat customer. I'm so glad the Red Door and my health club spa could not accommodate me in a timely fashion!
Yesterday I was there for a massage (neck and back) and it was perfect! This is one of the best that I ever had! Thank you!
