Reko has approximately 37 elbows and they are all going into your various trigger points. It's very unusual for me to get a massage where the pressure is firm enough but this fit the bill and I'll definitely be back. He gave me some good suggestions to improve my fitness outcomes as well and I'm excited to action them.
