First appt in April was good, so I bought the 15-appt package. No-showed for a July appt I had scheduled online. Figured I lost almost $1000. Today I get this from my cc fraud alerts: Chase Fraud: We declined $5,150.00 on the card ending in **** at SQ *REJUVNATIONS LIFES.
Scheduled a massage thru Class Pass and NO SHOW on his part. His address is in an alley NOT 33rd St NW as advertised. He doesn’t answer his phone after numerous attempts. I walked in 87 degree heat from Foggy Bottom Metro and back in middle of day. I DO NOT recommend this place!
Skilled and professional. Has knowledge , licensed and organized. Let you know beforehand if your schedule appointment has to be cancelled as well notifies you for days and times better for you and the fit in your schedule. Jena- learn to read my love. All you got is some bad reviews in your page, when you don’t even read your emails and make sure you are schedule that day.
Absolutely excellent!!! Clean, beautiful facility and absolutely the most healing massages. Rafael, the massage therapist understands the musculature of the body and can target the work that needs to be done to help you get back on track! Highly recommend!
Not sure how this place has lots of 5 star reviews. I showed up for my appointment and not only was it so hard to find the location of the studio I kept calling and no one was picking up. When I finally was let inside the building the masseuse wasn’t even there. Tried calling and texting and 0 response. Waited for 15 mins until it was clear he wasn’t going to show up. So unprofessional
