Receptionist to this place is really inexperienced. When calling for fillers or Botox- the minor procedures- the receptionist will say they’ll call you back, then never received a call back, have no confirmation on appts at time of calling because she can’t multitask. It’s very unprofessional. Not surprised if they are not getting more clients…I used to love going to Dr. Lopez but it’s a hassle just getting an appointment.
I had high hopes for this place the reviews were good so I decided to try it. I wish I would of never gone there.
I’ve had great results from the Botox and fillers I’ve gotten from Dr Lopez. I’ve been with her for years and been extremely happy.
I got my Botox injections here 3 months ago and it’s still effective. I’m very satisfied with my experience here. Prices are reasonable and the doctor is a true artist and knows her stuff. I also got the Juvaderm lip injections that gave me a soft pillowey feel. In the past, I received Botox in LA and they must’ve diluted it because it only lasted for 3 weeks. A big rip off.
