Had multiple microneedling tx’s done here, purchased over Groupon. My aesthetician was great, but, she ended up leaving. I bought some additional microneedling treatments (valued $450+) and gifted them to my mother. I messaged my aesthetician to see if they’d honor the package still as it was days past expiration; this is when she told me she no longer worked here, but said that management was pretty great with honoring things like this. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They are a bunch of crooks. I purchased a Groupon a few weeks ago for 20 units of Botox. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for the past few weeks. I finally scheduled an appointment online for tomorrow and they called me today (day before my appointment) to let me know that Dr is not available until a month later even though when you follow the instructions and you try to schedule an appointment online, she has plenty of dates available between now and June 9. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE KENNEDY AVOID AT ALL COST !!! I experienced extremely aggressive and disrespectful behavior from staff, with clear discrimination against Black people and people of color, including name-calling. The place was dirty and crawling with small spiders, making the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Immediate action is necessary to address these serious concerns!
