How do we get our MONEY BACK!!? I think we all need to get together and file in court! THESE PEOPLE DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL BACK. THE ONE TIME I ACTUALLY SPOKE WITH SOMEONE SHE SAID SHE WOULD TXT BACK WITH A OPEN SCHEDULE! NEVER HAPPENED! Her attitude changed the second she said “GROUP ON” GIVE US BACK OUR MONEY!!! How do you get a hold if them to book an appointment? I bought a big package on Groupon and i cannot even schedule to get anything done cause the phone line does not work nor texting or online booking. Hello?!
Had multiple microneedling tx’s done here, purchased over Groupon. My aesthetician was great, but, she ended up leaving. I bought some additional microneedling treatments (valued $450+) and gifted them to my mother. I messaged my aesthetician to see if they’d honor the package still as it was days past expiration; this is when she told me she no longer worked here, but said that management was pretty great with honoring things like this. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They are a bunch of crooks. I purchased a Groupon a few weeks ago for 20 units of Botox. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for the past few weeks. I finally scheduled an appointment online for tomorrow and they called me today (day before my appointment) to let me know that Dr is not available until a month later even though when you follow the instructions and you try to schedule an appointment online, she has plenty of dates available between now and June 9.
