Unfortunately, my visit did not meet my expectations whatsoever. The massage I received was not up to the standard I anticipated. Having to voice my concerns and dissatisfaction throughout the massage, it became clear that the therapist lacked sufficient experience, as the techniques used were ineffective and left me feeling more tense rather than relaxed. I had the most amazing experience. The staff was friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. I highly recommend the spa at the Grand Beach in Surfside.
