The hairdressers are skilled and the salon is clean and well cared for. However, I have never made an appointment that hasn’t been rescheduled by the hairdressers. It takes weeks to get the time slot and they do not make an effort to make it easy to reschedule. Having to make another appointment that is several more weeks out. I’ve definitely had my hair done by Nancy several times, Lori and Shelby, today actually. They have all done amazing jobs! The key to working with your hair stylist is open communication about what you’re looking for. You can NOT expect a replica of what photo you discovered online. You tell them what you want and ask for their professional recommendations. Everyone’s hair reacts differently to hair dyes and cuts.
Worst experience Ever. They overcharged me, and when I called to ask them about the extra charge the owner's sister tried to say i had other services when I did not. I got my money back but not even an I am sorry. Never going back again.

I had a facial recently from Kristin, and it was truly amazing! She has a warm caring touch and concern for her clients. The staff at the desk was cordial when I arrived and I left very content, relaxed and happy after my facial! Thank you SO much for taking care of me on my pampering day!!
