they have some nice looking things, but the quality is not great. I ordered an outside mount cafe curtain set, and two of the screws broke off as I was screwing them in, so I had to waste a few hours trying to extract the decapitated screws. save yourself the trouble and pay a little more for a reputable product
I would like to thanks Brooke, Beau and the entire store team being so helpful, patient and polite. There is so many headache when doing the kitchen renovation. I visited this store to research, compare, purchase and return over the past few months. All the experience visiting was always pleasant. I believe the store team is delivering top of the line retail service and is an asset to the brand. I am happy with the hardware on my new cabinetry. Hopefully the hardware will last.
TL;DR: People are entitled. The store is fine, I appreciate having them here in south Seattle. Posting this to even out some of the negative reviews because they scared me out of going there at first. It feels like some people are frustrated with things that are either their own fault or issues with online ordering and they’re taking it out on the physical store location. I went into the store yesterday ready to order a shower/tub faucet set that I had picked out online. The sales associate was friendly and helpful. I left content with my purchase and the price I had paid for it. My order was then unexpectedly canceled the next day, and when I called in to correct the issue I was charged $600 more to re-order the thing I hadn't canceled in the first place. Frustrating because I love their stuff!
