Rejuvenated Soul Bodywork has been a game changer for my recovery. I do a lot of running and triathlon training, and getting a massage helps me recover so much faster! Amy is amazing, and always finds the tight spots I didn’t even know I had, and gives me feedback on which muscles are the most tight so I can take care of them better. I highly recommend coming here to anyone who trains hard and wants to take care of their body!
