Amy is an INCREDIBLY gifted massage therapist!! I too am a massage therapist and I was struggling with a pinched nerve that makes my arms and hands go numb! I scheduled with Amy and after our first session the pain and numbness was barely noticeable, after our second session… COMPLETELY GONE!! Her massage is so relaxing, while also being extremely therapeutic!! My only complaint is that her office is an hour away from me!!
She's specific, detailed, thorough. She listens. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I wish I could see her every week!! Must go to and only go to. Thanks Amy!!!! 🙏🏼
I absolutely love Amy! She has deep understanding of how the body and muscles work and she really does tailor your massage based on your needs and wants. I had my spine fused due to scoliosis and I have scar tissue. Amy makes sure she addresses my injury and when I leave, I feel super relaxed and brand new. I highly recommend her!
Rejuvenated Soul Bodywork has been a game changer for my recovery. I do a lot of running and triathlon training, and getting a massage helps me recover so much faster! Amy is amazing, and always finds the tight spots I didn’t even know I had, and gives me feedback on which muscles are the most tight so I can take care of them better. I highly recommend coming here to anyone who trains hard and wants to take care of their body!
