My wife was skeptical that the knives needed sharpening but she was impressed. I wouldn't trust run-of-the-mill sharpening services with my fanciest knives, but Rejuvenated Knives can handle anything. They repaired a damaged cleaver and explained why it got damaged in the first place. I'll definitely use them in the future.
Chipped my knife on Thursday and had it picked up, fixed, sharpened and hand delivered by Saturday. Communication was fast and easy. Price was outstanding. Will be using again!
Martin was kind enough to come out immediately, collect my knives and get them back to me next day. great customer service much appreciated!
Knives came back dull. The owner is extremely rude and not pleasant to do business with. Please watch out when dealing with this company
I hired Rejuvenated Knives for a restaurant I am working at that is in a bit of a remote location and Martin could not have provided better service! He helped set us up with the best system possible given our location. He came out to see our operation and understand our needs and then set us up on a bi-weekly mail sharpening service.
