This was an actual nightmare of an experience and I was certainly fooled by all the positive reviews, I strongly recommend that you do not come to this retreat. I stayed for only 12 hours and then packed my bags and left. Firstly, it's located in a terrible neighborhood in Desert Hot Springs where I heard a homeless person screaming outside of the hotel all night long and I was unable to sleep at all. Recommended2nd time back and first that Jan has had after Covid time. Same great results and services as first retreat. And in addition, she has now painstakingly taken great precautions for safety for her guests during this time. Masks. Social distancing - - even in the pool. I felt very safe.

This comprehensive juice fasting - cleansing - retreat with Jan went beyond expectations from my direct experiences with having the entire GI tract cleansed of stuff that was there for perhaps decades. It also provided a through deeper understanding of what to eat and why for improved vitality and overall health benefit - and longevity - down the road. Just what I needed. The retreat was everything I hoped for and then some. Very relaxing, the pools were fabulous, the detox plan was wonderful. Never, never felt hungry. It definitely helped that everyone was on the same program.Definitely came away more educated. Interestingly enough, there were several people there that were repeaters. That speaks a lot about the program.
I highly recommend Jan's Detox Cleansing Fast as a great way to "reset" or "reboot" your body and the way you eat. I have never felt better or more energized after a week with Jan. The program is so well thought out and easy to follow and results in a cleansing of both the body and the mind/spirit. It is really a wonderful experience! I plan to return!
